In 2021, Jingong commenced operations at China's first dedicated battery-swapping station for mining trucks at the South Open-Pit Mine in Huolin Gol, Nei Mongol Autonomous Region. Here, 60-ton and 120-ton battery-swapping mining trucks serve as "green power transporters", achieving an annual reduction of 15-30% in the mine’s transportation costs while significantly cutting CO₂ emissions.
Collaborating with partners, Jingong provided the mining complex with a comprehensive integrated smart energy solution and full technical/equipment support for its intelligent transport operations. This initiative fosters green development in the heart of Eastern Nei Mongol Autonomous Region, supporting the South Mine's new phase of low-carbon, unmanned, and digital transformation.

In East China, Jingong introduced distributed wind and solar power, creating a smart microgrid. Utilizing digital tools to manage the electricity consumption curve helps smooth fluctuations in renewable energy resources. This enables efficient utilization of wind/solar power and effectively couples clean energy for transportation, supports grid peak shaving and valley filling, and contributes to building a new power system.
Simultaneously, the low cost of clean electricity reduces the operational expenses of battery charging/swapping stations, allowing more savings to be passed on to users. This drives positive and sustainable change within the industry.
