We fully implement the whole process quality management strictly in accordance with the requirements of ISO9000 system. We improve the staff’s quality awareness and carry out lean production. We also implement quality management system certification policy among dealers and strengthen the supply chain quality management, so as to ensure strict inspection from each component to the delivery of finished products and keep defective products in the plant.
Technology Center
JINGONG Machinery Technology Center was established in March 2006, and was recognized as Fujian Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.The Technology Center has a team of 78 technicians, including 51 intermediate and senior experts.
With the major targets of new technology, energy saving and consumption reduction, green environmental protection, through rigorous and detailed analysis and demonstration on the technical status, market prospect, economic and social benefits, the Center has initiated multiple research projects, mainly towards diversified directions like larger size, compact size, multi-function, and differentiated market of loaders, telehandlers and excavators, as well as economic and practical products, to meet the individual market needs.

At the end of February, 2014, the covers area of 153,000 square meters JinGong headquarter Phase II Park was built up and used, which annual production capacity could be 10,000 loaders, bock handlers and 3,000 excavators .
