Scorching heat and torrential rains during peak summer months pose significant challenges for electric loader operation and maintenance.

We've crafted the Summer Survival Guide — proven strategies to tackle heat-related challenges with ease and keep your electric loader operating at peak efficiency.

Air Conditioning Maintenance

  1. Clean or replace AC filters regularly to prevent dust buildup to ensure optimal airflow and cabin comfort.
  2. Use high-pressure air to clean the condenser and check drainage to avoid mold or odors.
  3. Avoid frequent on/off cycling to conserve energy while maintaining a cool cabin.
  4. Monitor system performance during operation, such as weak cooling, unusual smells or abnormal noises.

Critical Equipment Care

  1. Check pipe clamps, joints and seals for leaks or loosening during routine cleaning.
  2. Maintain coolant levels in high temperatures, which have anti-freeze, anti-rust, anti-boil, anti-scale functions.
  3. Check oil levels and clear radiator blockages to ensure proper heat dissipation.

  1. Regularly maintain cooling fans (oil-cooled models have self-cleaning function) and use high-pressure air to clear debris from heat exchange fins.
  2. If tires are overheated, park in shade to check the pressure and cool and never use water to accelerate it.
  3. For the maintenance need of battery, open side panels for airflow to dissipate heat from high-current charging in summer.

Rainy Season Safety

  1. Verify waterproofing and tight wiring to prevent short circuits from heavy rain.
  2. Stop all activities and charging to avoid lightning or electrical risks during thunderstorms.
  3. Limit water exposure to half tire height to protect drivetrain and electrical components from submersion damage.
  4. Store equipment indoors when idle for prolonged lifespan.
